We have subscribed to Ranger Rick Cub for two years for our grandson. Since he is now older, we contacted the magazine to change the subscription to Ranger Rick Jr.

We had paid our yearly subscription a month ago and were told this could be transferred to RR Jr. Today we were told we'd been billed for another year.

When I called RR, it was a call center in India and a person who I had trouble understanding. I'm not sure this has been cleared up.

My grandson told me that the May issue - DINOSAURS Raptors was a repeat issue.

I was told by your lovely assistant that you do not repeat magazines.

I look forward to new upcoming Dinosaur magazines .

I kept getting charged for a subscription and never being told I had one. No communication to let me know.

Never received e-mails or anything. I had tried a magazine for my grandson but was never asked if I wanted to continue just was charged. I tried contacting the company last year but they told me I didnt have a subscription but then on my bank statement was a charge.

Then when I was once again charged I dug deeper. I finally found help.

I received a postcard from Lori Collins thanking me for being a premier member and offering an automatic renewal at three times the subscription price.

The representative was very helpful and polite. She was able to answer all of my questions. Thank you.

Was able to combine my two subscriptions (Cub and Junior) but have never received the Ranger Rick Junior magazines, ordered several months ago. Should only receive Junior at this address now.

Didnt get a refund for $30. Why?

Please issue a refund. As soon as possible.

Very helpful customer service helped me regarding my grandson's Ranger Rick magazine, whether or not it had been paid. Then he offered Zoo Books magazine, which they loved. Thanks!

The representative was great. She was knowledgeable, personable, and answered my question.

My only concern truthfully was the use of the word pissed in the customer service email and communication. I thought that I was dealing with a scam and only called when I couldnt get the number for National Wildlife Federation

My son grow up with it and now both my granddaughter enjoy Ranger Rick. Thank you for all the years of bringing out there for kids of all ages to enjoy learning about their Planet Earth and the animals

Hayes is being homeschooled, and his mum found a subscription that she can use towards his schooling. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter. He did enjoy the magazines.

Cancel subscription; you are charging me $23.52 a month. I thought it was supposed to be $23.52 a year.
